Process Engineer

50. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering is preferred.

50. Working Experience:

• 5+ years of the chemical industry preferred.
• Shift operating experience in continuous process will be a plus.

50. Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis, and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
• Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good English speaking and writing are a plus.
• Applicants with knowledge of precursors on thin film depositions for semiconductors are preferred.
• Active engagement in digital solutions to upskill the teams and elevate operational management to the next level.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently to resolve technical issues.

• 良好的英語口說及寫作能力佳。
• 具備半導體薄膜沉積前驅物相關知識的應徵者將優先考慮。
• 積極參與數位解決方案，以提升團隊技能並將營運管理提升到新的水平。
• 自我激勵並能獨立作業解決技術相關問題。
