OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Our interview process is designed to give us the best insight into your character, attitude, aptitude and relevant experience. This is your opportunity to share your experience, skills and ideas and also to find out more about the company, the role and our ethos spirit.

We care and want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and prepared for your interview so have compiled this simple guide to support you.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY INTERVIEW?

All of our interviews are behavior-based. Behavior-based interviews ensure that our recruitment processes are consistent, robust, positive and effective - whatever the role and wherever the location.

They give our interviewing teams the opportunity to compare candidates fairly and help to remove unconscious bias by not focusing on judgments based on situations or backgrounds that are potentially discriminatory or disqualifying.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY INTERVIEW?

We want to attract talented people who are excited by our unique vision of curious minds dedicated to human progress. So, we want to ensure our team members embody our core values to make that happen.

Most importantly, think about how your experience, skills, aptitude and attitude best represent the behaviors we are looking for. Prepare some examples that you can share with your interviewer. Be clear, honest and specific with how these examples fit the criteria and how they reflect your personal involvement.

Our interviewer will ask you some questions based on the information you have provided in your resume. Be sure to familiarise yourself with what you have written so that you are confident to discuss it.

HOW ELSE CAN I PREPARE?

Spend some time researching the specific company, department and role you are being interviewed for. You can get some great insights into our values, our teams and our work on our websites and social media channels.

Think about the questions you could ask us. A successful interview is a two-way process and we encourage candidates to use this opportunity to get to know more about us as a business.

Finally, practice speaking out loud and in front of an audience to try and calm any nerves. Remember to breathe, take pauses, listen carefully to questions and don’t be afraid to ask for something to be repeated if you don’t fully understand it.
