How has the GOglobal Program affected your career?
The GOglobal Program has had a profound impact on my career by providing exposure to multiple areas of R&D in the semiconductor field and ultimately helping me establish a strong technical foundation. Through my rotational assignments in the program, I worked in research teams with diverse scopes, ranging from early product development to commercialization. Some of the projects I worked on include modeling purification processes for semiconductor deposition chemicals, exploring new materials for next-generation photolithography, and building digital tools for estimating physical properties. Through these experiences, I gained a more holistic understanding of R&D in the semiconductor industry and learned how to apply specialized skills from my Ph.D. in computational chemistry to a broad range of research challenges. This directly led to my current role as a computational modeler in the Electronics Materials AI team, where I continue to apply and build on the knowledge and experience that I gained through the GOglobal Program.
