Veterans in Science Network (VISN) is an employee-driven Employee Resource Group (ERG) whose mission is to support strategic North American diversity and inclusion efforts to attract, retain and develop military Veterans. This is achieved by:

  • Community - Providing opportunities for the military Veteran to build camaraderie and esprit-de-corp. Assisting Veterans in their transition from military service to the business environment. Participating in outreach opportunities in our communities.
  • Culture - Educating the broader US-based community to the valuable skills and experience Veterans bring to the work, and to help dispel myths around the military experience.
  • Career - Acting as a mentoring platform to help employees who are military Veterans learn how to build a career and navigate their professional life.
  • Commerce - Elevate the company’s brand as a Veteran Friendly Employer by partnering with Talent Acquisition to implement social media campaigns and influence the look and feel of candidate facing websites.
