ABOUT ELDP


The ELDP is your opportunity to explore different functions in our core businesses.

Over the course of three years, you will participate in three 12-month job rotations in the diverse disciplines of the Semiconductor Materials business. Meanwhile, you can build your portfolio of expertise, develop your skills and work your magic. Your assignments will be based on your career interests, areas of development, and business needs.

The program takes place in the US, and positions may be based in Carlsbad, California; Branchburg, New Jersey; or Hometown, Pennsylvania. As you progress through the program, you will also work with senior leadership and gain insight into our core businesses, processes, and technologies. BENEFITS

What can you expect from the ELDP?
  • Experience working in various aspects of production, supply chain, quality and engineering in our Tempe, Arizona, or Dallas, Texas, office.
  • Exposure to the company’s core businesses, processes, technologies, and senior leadership.
  • Opportunities to work in a production facility developing next-generation CMP slurries, ultra-thin dielectric and metal film precursors, or formulated cleans and etching products to serve the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep dive into assignments based on career interests, development areas, and business needs.

WHO YOU ARE

Have you:
  • Received a bachelor’s or master’s degree with good academic performance in mechanical, chemical, supply chain, industrial or manufacturing engineering
  • Recently graduated or expect to graduate this year
  • Completed at least one professional internship
  • Candidates must be flexible with mobility during and after the program.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

You apply

We screen
We take a close look at all applications and send you feedback within 3–4 weeks. If your application matches an open position, you will enter the selection process.
We assess
First, you will be interviewed by phone and/or video/Skype.

Then, we invite you to an assessment center. Depending on the position, this may last one or two days and may include a case study. 
We both decide
Is it a match for you too? Then, let’s agree on a formal job offer
