- Experience working in various aspects of production, supply chain, quality and engineering in our Tempe, Arizona, or Dallas, Texas, office.
- Exposure to the company’s core businesses, processes, technologies, and senior leadership.
- Opportunities to work in a production facility developing next-generation CMP slurries, ultra-thin dielectric and metal film precursors, or formulated cleans and etching products to serve the semiconductor industry.
- Deep dive into assignments based on career interests, development areas, and business needs.

- Received a bachelor’s or master’s degree with good academic performance in mechanical, chemical, supply chain, industrial or manufacturing engineering
- Recently graduated or expect to graduate this year
- Completed at least one professional internship
- Candidates must be flexible with mobility during and after the program.

We take a close look at all applications and send you feedback within 3–4 weeks. If your application matches an open position, you will enter the selection process.
