ABOUT OLDP


Over the course of three years, you will participate in four nine-month job rotations in different areas of Integrated Supply Chain Operations in our Life Sciences business. Meanwhile, you can build your portfolio of expertise, explore your interests, and develop your skills.

We have sites in over 60 countries, so you will have the opportunity to work with our diverse teams in regions such as Germany, France, Switzerland, Ireland, US, China, and India. As you progress through the program, you will also work with senior leadership and gain insight into our core businesses, processes, and technologies. WHO YOU ARE

Have you:
  • Received a master’s degree with good academic performance in mechanical, chemical, industrial or manufacturing engineering, logistics, or supply chain
  • Recently graduated or expect to graduate this year
  • Completed at least one internship abroad 
  • Candidates must be flexible with mobility during and after the program.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Become part of our team! Learn more about the application process.
You apply
Create an account in our application system. Fill out your candidate profile, and apply for a specific job.
We screen
We take a close look at all applications and send you feedback within 3–4 weeks. If your application matches an open position, you will enter the selection process.
We assess
First, you will be interviewed by phone and/or video/Skype.

Then, we invite you to an assessment center. Depending on the position, this may last one or two days and may include a case study. 
We both decide
Is it a match for you too? Then, let’s agree on a formal job offer
