program structure
The program consists of 3 rotations (9/6/9 months). One rotation will be with a global team and another with a local subsidiary. The first rotation will be at your home base, the second will be international at a subsidiary, and the third will bring you back to your home base.Exemplary station overview

China specific: For a practical understanding of business requirements, it is highly advisable to initially take on a position in Sales within any Business Unit or to work as a Key Account Manager in the Commercial Channel Department.
