What impact did the program have on your personal & professional growth?
What makes the program great is that it provides you with opportunities and insights you would never have as a regular Graduate. You are interacting with the most senior leaders of the organization early on, and, if you deliver, get access to great follow-up roles after the program. For me, this opened the role as HRBP for HR right after the program, followed by an international assignment to the US for 2.5 years as Integrated Solution Partner (Rewards, People Analytics and Talent) for Healthcare and now, my current position, as Chief of Staff to the CHRO. The way the program is designed comes with steep learning and personal growth (in terms of personal maturity, navigating the matrix, cultural savviness and so much more) and a great network and I would strongly recommend it to anybody who is curious about HR and driven.
