What will your program look like?

In your first year, you’ll dive into consulting projects with our Inhouse Consulting Team. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Engage in Diverse Projects: Work on Strategy, Transformation, and Operational/Process Optimization across various sectors and functions.
- Professional Growth: Receive targeted training to enhance your technical skills and business acumen, while gaining early exposure to senior executives.
- Build Connections: Develop a strong network within the company, supported by a Buddy (current Graduate) and a Coach (experienced Consultant).

In your second year, you’ll take on individual assignments within our sectors, allowing you to:
- Lead Projects: Apply your first-year learnings to drive business projects independently, guided by your assignment host.
- Explore Functions: Gain deep insights into different functions such as Strategy, Marketing, Market Access, R&D, or Supply Chain, with flexibility to choose your rotations and connect with a Mentor from the business.
- Global Experience: Participate in one international assignment, lasting three to four months
- Prepare for Transition: Leverage the insights, learnings, and network you’ve built during the program to identify potential areas for your next position upon successful completion of the program in our business.
